Congratulations on Year One. A personal message, a useful idea, and cake.
Four months late.
Not ideal timing. Still, Sarah’s first year and the team’s work behind it deserved celebrating.

If the message sparks an idea, leave your details and Gal will arrange a time.
Sarah listens. The team teaches. The industry meets APHC.
I came across your interview reflecting on your first year at APHC.
You spoke about joining the plumbing and heating world as a massive learning curve, and wanting to speak to anyone and everyone.
A CEO’s first year only happens because of the team already doing the work. This is Sarah’s milestone, and a team milestone too.
I’m 22, building my business around helping plumbing and heating firms grow, so I’m at the beginning of my own learning curve.
I thought I’d volunteer for the “everyone” part.
May 2025
The team is already doing the work.

Useful work, then we finish
I’m not going to teach plumbing and heating professionals how to install heating systems. That would end badly.
Google visibility, customer acquisition and local marketing are the small corner I’m choosing to go extremely deep on.
I’d research this properly, build it for UK plumbing and heating businesses, and make it genuinely useful.
If this is not what members need right now, tell me what is.
Give me a question around Google, marketing or customer acquisition that you and the team genuinely want answered.
I’ll speak to businesses, research it properly and bring you back something useful.
Congratulations on Year One. Sarah’s first year is the headline, but the work behind it belongs to the whole team.
Four months late, but considerably more cake than I would have sent on time.
I’d love to find a way to make myself useful to you, the team and the businesses APHC represents.
Here’s to Year Two. Gal
P.S. I hope Sarah shared the cake.
